I renewed my membership early but I have not been allocated any hours to use?

If you renew your membership early, your hours will not show up in your account until the date of renewal was due. If you require additional hours immediately, we advise that you choose the option 'buy additional hours' rather than 'renew my membership'.

Alternatively you may contact our team who can bring your membership forward to access your renewal immediately. By choosing this option, your membership will expire 12 months from the date your subscription was brought forward. In this case, be aware that if you do have hours left in your account and your membership is brought forward, these left over hours will expire.

Bringing a membership forward is only beneficial if you have completed all your hours and need more straight away. A more suitable alternative is to 'buy additional' hours, unless your membership is very close to renewal time and you wish to get re started a tad early.
